Our wonderful chef, Ms. Audrey Delbru and her assistant will be preparing fine cuisine for us throughout the course. She is passionate and very creative about her craft, as can be seen in these photos.
Having resided in the Dordogne Valley throughout her life, Audrey is very knowledgeable about the region and is, therefore, able to source a variety of organic wines from nearby vineyards and ingredients for her creations from local organic farms.
At dinner, throughout the week, we will experience beautiful, freshly prepared dishes which represent the different regions of France. Lunch will be served buffet style with a dazzling and delicious array of healthy salads, cheeses, meats, tarts, and quiche, as well as many wonderful surprises!
Each evening, before dinner, there will be an aperitif where you will sample a large variety of wines and regional meats and cheeses, and many other delectable delights.
