Dean Fisher’s workshops are very popular and spaces fill quickly. It is recommended to reserve your place by placing your deposit for registration early.
Each week will consist of a full ten days of painting and instruction with additional arrival and departure partial days, including all finely prepared meals and transportation to and from Toulouse airport.
By popular demand from a number of past and present participants, we will be offering an extended, single session of 10 days (instead of the former 7 days).
This will allow students to develop more momentum with their work, benefit from additional instruction and have more time to spend painting this absolutely magical landscape
In 2024 there will be a single session of 10-days, Course dates for our 2024 session are; September 19th – September 30th, 2024 This includes an arrival day and departure day (12 days total)
There is a limited enrollment which is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The total course fee for the 2024 Dean Fisher Dordogne Valley landscape painting workshop is $4,500 USD. This increased price includes a free day of instruction, meals, and stay at the chateau as a gesture of gratitude to all of you. Additionally, there will be a $350 discount when when a non-painting spouse or partner attends.
We require a $1,000 deposit upon registration, this is applied to the total cost of the workshop. This deposit confirms your reservation.
Important Statement on Course Policy
Participants are not guaranteed a spot in this workshop without a paid deposit of $1,000. Payment of your deposit will be taken as your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will constitute a contract between yourself and Dean Fisher Studio. The full balance of the course fee of $3,500 is due by April 1st, 2024. The total course fee is $4,500. There is an additional $30 per transaction fee for all payments for this course made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (to cover the fees for using these services).
Generally, airfare prices to Europe drop substantially in September; NYC to Paris is currently priced about $675 round trip. Temperatures also drop by mid-September which will make for much more comfortable outdoor painting!
INSURANCE
Because of numerous early payments, we have to make to reserve the chateau, chef and transportation, down payments and course fees cannot be refunded after April 31, 2024.
